Why is a transaction not appearing in Xero?

There are a couple of reasons why your transaction might not be showing in Xero, here are a few of the most common reasons:

Xero integration is not enabled
If your Xero integration hasn’t been enabled, your transactions won’t be able to sync across.

The transaction was just recently made
If you’ve just made your transaction and it hasn’t appeared in Xero, there’s no need to stress. Our system can take some time to sync transactions across so check back in approximately an hour. Your transaction should be there by then.
