What type of identity verification questions would Archa ask from me?

 

We will never ask for your 16-digit card number (PAN), PIN or passcode over the phone.  

Never disclose your full PAN, PIN, or passcode to anyone via phone, email or text message.

 

When you call our Customer Support team, we may ask you for the last 4 digits of your card, your credit limit or details such as Email Address, Phone Number or Date of Birth for identity verification, but that's it.
