# What type of identity verification questions would Archa ask from me?

 

We will **never** ask for your 16-digit card number (PAN), PIN or passcode over the phone.  

**Never** disclose your full PAN, PIN, or passcode to **anyone** via phone, email or text message.

 

When you call our Customer Support team, we may ask you for the last 4 digits of your card, your credit limit or details such as Email Address, Phone Number or Date of Birth for identity verification, **but that's it**.
