How to Bulk Upload Expense Codes for an Expense Category
1. Navigate to https://app.archa.com.au/settings
Click on the Add button.
2. Click on Bulk Upload Category Codes button.
3. Select the category where you want to add the expense codes. For example, select the Locations expense category from the dropdown if you want to bulk add expense codes to this category.
4. Click on Download the CSV template button. Fill the CSV template with the expense name and expense code before you upload the file.
5. Click on the Open button to preview the expense codes.
6. Click on Confirm to bulk upload the expense codes for the selected expense category.
Tip:
- All codes will be added to the selected category.
- Duplicate codes will be skipped during the upload process.
- If there are any errors in the uploaded file, you can download a file containing the errors.
- You can repeat this process to bulk upload codes for other expense categories.
