How does billing work?

Not sure about billing? No need to worry!

We currently have 3 billing cycles as follows:

For the 4th to the 3rd:

Your statements will be available from the 4th of each month, and your account will be direct debited on the 7th. Your balances will be refreshed 2 business days later on the 9th.

If/when the 7th falls on a weekend or public holiday, your direct debit will be deducted on the next business day and balances will be refreshed 2 business days later. 

For the 10th to the 9th:

Your statements will be available from the 10th of each month, and your account will be direct debited on the 13th. Your balances will be refreshed 2 business days later on the 15th.

If/when the 13th falls on a weekend or public holiday, your direct debit will be deducted on the next business day and balances will be refreshed 2 business days later. 

For the 15th to the 14th:

Your statements will be available from the 15th of each month, and your account will be direct debited on the 18th. Your balances will be refreshed 2 business days later on the 20th.


If/when the 18th falls on a weekend or public holiday, your direct debit will be deducted on the next business day and balances will be refreshed 2 business days later. 

For the 25th to the 24th:

Your statements will be available from the 25th of each month, and your account will be direct debited on the 28th. Your balances will be refreshed 2 business days later.

If/when the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday, your direct debit will be deducted on the next business day and balances will be refreshed 2 business days later.
